Hands Free Tennessee Now In Effect

You most likely have already heard all about the new “Hands Free Tennessee” law that went into effect this summer. While it may be a touchy topic for many drivers, it’s actually quite important. 

 

According to Tennessee officials, “In 2018, there were over 24,600 crashes involving a distracted driver in Tennessee. On average, that is sixty-seven crashes every single day. A recent study listed Tennessee as having the highest rate of distracted driving deaths in the nation – nearly five times the national average.”

 

These are terrifying statistics that may hit very close to home if you or someone you know was affected by a distracted driver related accident.
